Current State:
There is no seller settlement/payout system at all today — no ledger anywhere that tracks what Attirelly owes each vendor after commission, refunds, and returns.

Task:
Build a settlement-ledger MVP (not automated bank payouts): per-seller period, gross sales / deductions / commission / net payable, downloadable CSV statement, and a manual "mark as paid" action with an audit trail. Blocked on SEC-04's seller-of-record decision.

Why It Matters:
Sellers are presumably owed real money right now with nothing tracking it — an operational and trust risk with your own vendor base. Flagged independently by Codex's review as one of the two highest-value things this sprint can ship.
